Sugg Homes, LLC is a residential building company. They build approximately 10-12 houses a year in all size ranges in the Jonesboro, AR area. They build an array of spec homes that are listed for sale and also can be contracted to build custom homes for clients who contract out their services.

They love incorporating lots of extras into homes, such as indoor/outdoor fireplaces, wine cellars, theater rooms, faux finishes, custom cabinetry, state of the art appliances and plumbing fixtures. Home decor and furnishings can also be purchased with their homes, a truly wonderful extra service. Sugg Homes want their clients to think they are buying the best on the market, while keeping their prices the same as everyone else.
